NDC must eliminate corruption, remain humble and united as we take over power – Fiifi Kwetey to NDC

.
General Secretary for the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Fiifi Kwetey has urged members of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to eliminate all forms of corruption.

He is of the firm view that the political party about to take over power must stay true to the timeless ideals upon which the NDC was founded: probity, accountability, integrity, and social justice.

Apart from corruption, he indicated that “we must remain humble, united, and unwavering in our commitment to support the leader of our party and President-elect, H.E. John Dramani Mahama, in moving our beloved country forward”.

Fiifi Kwetey believes that by upholding these values, the NDC will not not only honor their party’s legacy but also renew the trust of the Ghanaian people.

Yesterday, I joined our Party Chairman, General Asiedu Nketiah, past and present executives of our great party, and the Member of Parliament for Klottey Korle, Dr. Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings, to commemorate the historic December 31st anniversary.

In my remarks, I emphasized the need for our party to set a high standard in governance.

As members of the NDC, we must remain humble, united, and unwavering in our commitment to support the leader of our party and President-elect, H.E. John Dramani Mahama, in moving our beloved country forward.

We must also strive to eliminate corruption in all its forms, staying true to the timeless ideals upon which the NDC was founded: probity, accountability, integrity, and social justice.

By upholding these values, we not only honor our party’s legacy but also renew the trust of the Ghanaian people.

Together, let us work tirelessly to reset Ghana for the better.
