According to him, the party neglected Rev. Isaac Owusu-Bempah, who was very influential in the party’s success in 2016 and 2020, but the party turned its back on him when he had a police case.
“I was the one in the viral video apologizing to Rev. Isaac Owusu-Bempah, and I will apologize to him until... I have also told all the regional communication directors to go to his church and kneel down to beg him for forgiveness so that he can come back to the NPP.
“If you look at the politics we are doing in the country, everyone has their role to play. We go to the mallams, pastors, shrines, and all sorts of places because these people vote, so if we go to them, they will support us,” he said.
